At the ceremony, China Literature released the 2023 Global Chinese IP List to pay tribute to good writers, good works and good actors. The proportion of ** works on the list is nearly seventy percent, highlighting the growing global influence of Chinese IP. "The China Literature IP Festival was held overseas for the first time, and it was upgraded to a global Chinese IP festival, hoping to bring more good works to the world. This year's ceremony was attended by an expert advisory group composed of 15 industry-university-research experts, including Ao Ran, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Audio-Video and Digital Publishing Association, and Hong Qingzhong, Deputy Director General of the Singapore Infocomm Development Bureau and Chairman of the Singapore Film Commission, to guide the global Chinese IP list. The list integrates the data of works, user reputation, and market performance, and takes stock of the annual performance of China's online literature and IP adaptation in 2023, with a wider coverage, a more diverse evaluation system, and a more comprehensive cooperation matrix, to achieve a further upgrade of influence and authority, demonstrating the first-class level of Chinese IP cultivation and development.

The multi-category and serial development of the IP on the list has become the standard configuration of China Literature. According to the data, as of 2023, about 3,800 Chinese online translations have been launched on Webnovel, an overseas portal of China Literature, an increase of 31% year-on-year.
