Bag stainless steel filterCleaning process:
Preparation Before washing, you need to prepare cleaning tools and materials, such as brushes, detergents, water, etc. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the safety of the cleaning process and wear protective equipment, such as gloves and goggles.
Shut down the system before cleaning, you need to turn off the system where the filter is located to make sure that there is no pressure inside the filter. In addition, the inlet and outlet valves connected to the filter should be closed to prevent liquid leakage during the cleaning process.
Disassemble the filter
Disassemble the bag stainless steel filter from the system, taking care to maintain the balance of the filter and avoid damaging the filter during the disassembly process. After disassembly, check the appearance of the filter and observe whether there is damage, deformation and other phenomena.
Remove the filter bag
Open the upper lid of the filter and remove the filter bag inside. During the removal process, care should be taken not to damage the filter bag, especially the mouth and bottom of the filter bag. At the same time, it is necessary to observe the surface of the filter bag to understand whether there is blockage and damage during the filtration process.
Wash the filter bags
Put the filter bag into the cleaning tank, add the appropriate amount of detergent, and gently scrub the surface of the filter bag with a brush. Be careful not to use too much force to avoid damaging the filter bag. During the cleaning process, the detergent can be changed several times until the surface of the filter bag is clean.
Clean the filter housing
Use a brush and detergent to clean the filter housing, focusing on the partition and support net inside the filter. During the cleaning process, be careful not to let the cleaning agent enter the sealing surface of the filter, so as not to affect the sealing performance.
Rinse Rinse the cleaned filter bag and filter housing with clean water to ensure that the cleaning agent is completely flushed out. During the flushing process, pay attention to the direction of the water flow to avoid flushing dirt into the inside of the filter bag.
Dry the cleaned filter bag and filter housing in a ventilated place to dry. Be careful not to expose the filter bag to the sun, so as to avoid aging and deformation of the filter bag.
Inspection Before installation, the filter bag and filter housing should be inspected to ensure that there is no damage during the cleaning process. At the same time, check whether the size and model of the filter bag match the filter, so as not to affect the filtration effect.
Installation Put the dried filter bag into the filter housing, and pay attention to the mouth and bottom of the filter bag to fit tightly with the sealing surface of the filter housing. Then, install the filter cover to ensure the sealing performance.
Test run Reinstall the cleaned filter into the system, open the inlet and outlet valves, and start the system for test run. Observe the working status of the filter, and if there is any abnormal phenomenon, stop the machine for inspection in time.
