Hello comrade, don't fall asleep while waiting for the bus, be sure to keep your luggage in your sight to prevent losing your belongings while asleep. After waking up a sleeping passenger, Wang Lihua, the railway policeman, helped him lift the three pieces of luggage placed behind his side.
Wang Lihua, 57 years old this year, joined the railway public security work after being transferred from the army 28 years ago, and came to the Beijing West Railway Station Police Station on his first day as a police officer. Because he has the word "Li" in his name, he is upright, down-to-earth, and kind, both colleagues and station employees like to call him "Brother Lizheng".

Check one and one accurate.
The word "quasi" has to start from 2001 when Wang Lihua first became a police sergeant. Just after the Spring Festival in 2001, 33-year-old Wang Lihua was transferred from the third team on duty at the Beijing West Railway Station Police Station to the fourth team on duty and served as the sheriff of the waiting area. At that time, the key task of the waiting area was to prevent the theft of travel property and the inspection of the "three goods" (flammable, explosive, and dangerous contraband).
In his work, Wang Lihua has developed the ability to check and be accurate through continuous exploration and summary. "Rolling bags", stealing "BP" machines, and ...... who walked out of the waiting room in a panic late at nightHe's all checked and checked. Wang Lihua recalled that for suspicious people, the luggage in their hands, the BP machine on their waists, and the cash in their pockets were the focus of his observations. Since 2001, there have been more than 200 lawbreakers in Wang Lihua's hands.
In the 90s of the 20th century, when Wang Lihua first joined the public security work, he had not yet entered the station for security checks, and it was also an important task for him to check the "three products" in the waiting room. At that time, some passengers carried flammable, explosive, corrosive, and easily polluted items on the train, which brought certain dangers to the operation of the train and the safety of passengers. Every time Wang Lihua is on duty, he will go to the waiting room many times to inspect and further open the bag and inspect the suspicious items found.
In recent years, Wang Lihua has cultivated the ability to "recognize people" in the investigation and seizure work in the station area, and he has always maintained a high degree of vigilance in his work and has not let go of any suspicious persons. On June 26, 2021, Wang Lihua seized a fugitive named Liu, who was wanted by the public security organs online, on the east side of the North Square of Beijing West Railway Station. On suspicion of extortion, Liu was wanted by the local public security organs on the Internet. In March 2023, Wang Lihua seized another fugitive Ya Mou, who was wanted by the public security organs online, at the exit of the station. On suspicion of fraud, Ya was wanted by the local public security organs on the Internet.

Find a quasi.
The waiting room is the most densely populated place, and it is also the place that receives the most calls and requests for help from passengers every day. As the sheriff of the waiting area, Wang Lihua has never complained about hard work, has been constantly improving his work ability, and has also practiced the ability of "finding one accurate".
Now 20 years have passed, Wang Lihua is still "looking for bags" for "Madaha" passengers. Every time a passenger calls the police to ask for help to find luggage, Wang Lihua will analyze the activity trajectory provided by the passenger. He will also soothe passengers' anxious feelings in time, and strive to help passengers find lost items before the train starts, so that they can leave Beijing West Railway Station with peace of mind.
One night in early February, a woman anxiously went to the police station on the second floor of Beijing West Railway Station to call the police for help, saying that she had lost a lady's satchel she was carrying, which contained a tablet, a headset worth 1,000 yuan, and an ID card. Since the train was about to depart in half an hour, she hoped that the police could help find it. After receiving the police, Wang Lihua immediately followed the woman's trajectory to search, and in only 10 minutes, he found the woman's forgotten satchel on the seat in the fifth waiting room. After thanking Wang Lihua, the lady happily boarded the train home.
In the 28 years he has guarded Beijing West Railway Station, Wang Lihua has lost count of how many passengers have helped find lost or mistaken luggage, and he laughs that there are at least "thousands".
One persuasion and one quasi.
The waiting room is a small society, where travelers from the north and south gather together, and all kinds of police situations will be encountered. Regardless of the size of the police, Wang Lihua will use his feelings to be a "bridge" to communicate and resolve contradictions.
In the work of receiving police, it is sometimes necessary to deal with disputes between passengers. The passenger flow of the Spring Festival in 2024 is higher than in the past, which is a record high in the past three years. Once, Wang Lihua encountered three passenger disputes during the day shift, and all of them were caused by seats. Although the matter is not big, these small disputes can escalate into big problems once they are not handled well. In response to this kind of police situation, Wang Lihua has his own set of handling methods, which calms down the "hot" passengers by stabilizing their emotions, and then objectively and comprehensively analyzes the root causes of disputes between the two parties, and properly handles disputes and differences.
Now, Wang Lihua is about to retire in less than three years, but he is still full of enthusiasm and never slacks off in his post. In the station area, he also gave full play to the role of joint logistics linkage, and actively mobilized security personnel, station employees, and merchants to expand information and jointly maintain the harmony and stability of the station area.
There is a point of heat, and a point of light. It is precisely with many policemen like Wang Lihua that passengers will travel more at ease and at ease. (ENDS).
