China's national liquor is Moutai.
Moutai has a long history. Moutai town in the Qing Jiaqing, Daoguang years of liquor has begun to take shape, according to the "Zunyi Mansion Chronicles" record: "Moutai liquor, Renhuai City West Moutai Village liquor, Guizhou Province called the first. There are no less than 20 Moutai burning houses, and the cost of mountain grain is no less than 20,000 stones." During the Guangxu period, "Maochun, Moutai Burning Spring, Huisha Moutai" has been exported to various provinces, and its unique art is also roughly finalized. The liquor brewed is called "Moutai burning".
In the early 1950s, the original three most important private burning mills in Moutai Town, namely the Ronghe Burning Workshop that produced Wang Mao, the Chengyi Burning Workshop that produced Huajiu, also known as the "Hua Mao" Burning Workshop, and the Hengxing Burning Workshop, which produced Lai Yongchu Liquor, also known as "Lai Mao", merged to form the state-owned Moutai Distillery. The three roasting mills all contributed their ancestral Moutai brewing recipes, which were selected and improved by the new factory and put into production. In 1952, the first National Wine Appraisal Appraisal rated Moutai as a famous liquor, ranking first among liquors. When there were only four kinds of liquor in the famous liquor, four liquors such as Moutai were later called the four famous liquors in China. Later, in 1963, the second national wine appraisal meeting and the third national wine appraisal in 1979, Moutai ranked first, so later Moutai and other eight kinds of liquor were called China's eight famous liquors. In 1983 and 1989, Moutai won the first place.
Moutai is characterized by its bright and transparent color, rich and long-lasting aroma, mellow and plump taste, and long aftertaste. Tasting Moutai is also tasting a long scroll of Chinese wine history, and every drop of wine contains profound cultural heritage and unique winemaking wisdom. The unique flavor and quality of Moutai have made it a leader in China's liquor market, and it has also won the love and recognition of consumers around the world.
