Section 1 Organizational Preparation of Human Resources
1. Establish a management organization for the project.
Scientific and reasonable management system, unified and effective engineering command system is an important guarantee for smooth construction, for which we will carefully select high professional level, strong sense of responsibility of technical personnel and on-site management personnel, the formation of a meticulous division of labor, clear responsibility, full of team spirit management collective. The person in charge, the on-site engineer, the professional constructor, the quality inspector, the material officer, the fire safety officer, etc., in the process of project construction.
2. Select the professional and technical workers and organize the labor force to enter the site.
Choose to participate in the construction of the same type or large-scale project, and cooperate with our company for many years with a high technical level of the construction team to participate in the construction of this project.
The team leader and technical workers are assessed and inducted, and the assessment is divided into two parts: practical operation and professional examination (the head office has a regular training and assessment system for construction personnel, which has become a practice). Special skilled workers such as welders and electricians need to hold a certificate (issued by the labor department) to work.
According to the schedule of the construction period, the detailed labor plan of each specialty is prepared, and sufficient professional and technical workers are equipped to ensure the basic strength of the project construction.
3. Do a good job in the education of the labor force.
All personnel participating in the installation and construction of this project must enter the site for training and education before entering the site, including safety, civilized construction, on-site rules and regulations, etc., and organize written examinations, and can only enter the site after passing the examination.
Section 2 Material Preparations
1. Organize materials, equipment, and machinery resources in a planned manner.
Doing a good job in the supply of construction equipment and materials and fully equipped construction equipment is an important part of the construction preparation, is a necessary condition to ensure smooth construction, for which we have specially formulated the construction equipment and testing equipment plan and equipment and materials into the site plan. The requirements for construction machinery and tools are as follows:
1) There should be enough of them;
2) Advanced and practical.
3) Strict inspection and screening to maintain 100% integrity;
4) The capacity of construction machinery and tools should meet the needs of the project;
5) Construction machinery and tools should have special management personnel and management accounts;
6) Equipped with special maintenance personnel;
7) The equipment and instruments that must be calibrated on time according to the regulations must be within the validity period.
2. Handle the ordering procedures and procurement of equipment and materials.
All equipment and material pre-selection, validation and demonstration, procurement methods, ordering and procurement procedures, as well as various testing and inspection work are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the tender documents and contract documents, and are subject to the supervision and guidance of consultants and quantity surveyors.
1) Order and purchase equipment, main materials and other materials in strict accordance with the requirements of contract documents and design drawings, as well as the procurement plan approved by the owner.
2) Where the owner (construction unit) orders or participates in the order of goods specifications, technical standards, payment conditions, delivery time, transportation methods, after-sales service, etc., should take the initiative to ask the owner's opinions, and actively cooperate with the receiving, inspection and storage.
3) Before ordering equipment and materials, provide technical information and supply basis to the owner in strict accordance with the procedures, including the finalization test of the equipment and the test report of the factory acceptance test, and the technical personnel of the purchaser should participate in the factory acceptance.
4) All ordered (purchased) products (equipment, materials, etc.) are strictly tested, inspected and controlled in accordance with procedures and requirements, and the relevant information is submitted to the owner or the owner entrusted by the supervisor for review.
5) After the equipment and materials enter the site, immediately organize the inspection according to the procedures, and submit the relevant information and samples that can be submitted to the owner for testing.
Section 3: On-site temporary facilities
If the company is fortunate to win the bid and sign a contract with the owner, that is, to implement the temporary facilities necessary for the construction with the owner and the general contractor, determine more specific temporary plans and entry matters, and ensure that the construction starts on the date specified in the owner's contract.
In this tender (construction organization design) we have preliminarily drawn up a temporary plan, including two parts of the office area and the material plant area, and the fire hydrants are set up in each area according to the relevant requirements, and the road and fire escape run through ** or all around.
The office area includes conference rooms, project managers, project engineers, project offices, departmental offices and professional offices.
The material yard area is set up according to light steel structure and corrugated board. And there is a 2-meter-high guard plate, the ground cushion height is 200mm, mainly to store bulk pipes, steel, etc., directly transported by cars, directly unloaded by truck cranes, after inspection and counting, covered with tarpaulin (rainproof canvas), kept and stored;
It is best for large-scale equipment to be in place immediately after entering the site, so we have carefully prepared the equipment and materials entry plan according to the schedule of the air-conditioning and ventilation project to ensure the accurate time of its arrival and entry;
In addition, it is necessary to choose a material warehouse to store hardware and valve parts.
Our company proposes the engineering civil engineering (general contractor) unit to set up the temporary electricity main gate box in the site area as the wiring source, and our company sets up the opening box according to the specific situation of the site to solve the temporary electricity problem of on-site construction.
The arrangement and layout of the office area and the material yard area of the construction site shall be subject to the overall arrangement and management of the owner and the civil engineering general contractor, and if you are fortunate to win the bid, it will be arranged according to the unified arrangement and arrangement of the owner and the civil engineering general contractor.
Section 4 Technical Preparations
1. According to the characteristics of the project, the technical department carefully organizes the self-examination and review of the drawings, comprehends the content and requirements of the bid, fully understands the design intent, and formulates a targeted sub-project construction plan in combination with the characteristics and actual needs of each project of the project. According to the requirements of the program and the relevant technical and quality specifications, prepare for technical disclosure and technical training for construction personnel.
2. Before construction, arrange the professional engineering and technical personnel of the project to make technical disclosure, project content disclosure, and process flow disclosure to the skilled workers, so that all personnel are familiar with the performance, characteristics and contract documents of the installed equipment before entering the construction site, so that they can have a good idea.
3. Through careful review of construction drawings and relevant construction materials, the construction budget is made in a timely and accurate manner, and the material department prepares it after approval by the relevant departments.
4. Determine the procurement standards and operating procedures according to the drawings and national standards to ensure the quality of processing orders and the date of arrival.
