Taimu Mountain is the only area in China with a peak forest landform developed on the topography of granite hills, and it is also the only peak forest landform on the geode granite belt in China. The native vegetation in the Taimu Mountain area is the evergreen broad-leaved forest in the medium zone. Most of the trees in the forest are artificial Masson pine, Chinese fir, Camellia oleifera and other tree species, and the forest coverage rate is more than 46%. Since 2010, Taimu Mountain has been included in the "National Geopark" success, attracting a large number of tourists every day to see its style, coupled with the arrival of the Spring Festival, the fire prevention situation in the scenic spot is becoming increasingly severe.
It is reported that the fire prevention publicity is mainly carried out in the form of a combination of fixed-point publicity and portable patrol. During the period, the brigade actively docked with the staff of the scenic spot, and circulated the public welfare propaganda film of forest fire prevention on the LED advertising screen in the scenic spot, which attracted the masses to stop and watch, and further improved the awareness of forest fire prevention.
