.Stance Phase: The shooter should be firmly on the starting line with their feet slightly apart to create good balance.
.Arrowing session: The traditional three-finger shooting method is adopted. Place the arrow on the left side of the bow handle held in your right hand (on the right side for left-handers).
.Hook the string: Hold the bow arm and bend it gently, and place the tail rod between the nose, mouth and chin. Using the base of the palm of the hand holding the archer as the fulcrum, gently pull the bow open. Care should be taken to maintain this pattern.
.Opening process: Slowly and firmly pull the bowstring until it is fully geared, keeping it stable and decisive. In this process, the big arm pulls the small arm to exert force, and do not use force blindly. When you're done, pause for a moment to check your posture and adjust your angle.
.Positioning Stage: Look back at the target direction and lean forward with your legs equal to shoulder width and your head perpendicular to the ground.
.Aiming time: Gaze at the target and adjust the angle accurately according to many factors such as distance and wind direction to achieve a precise target.
.Scatter Instant: After adjustment, use the power of your fingertips to release the bowstring so that the arrow shoots out like an off-string arrow. Always make sure that the knobs are completely relaxed.
.Return to the original position: After archery, you need to return to the starting location in time for the next round of challenges.
Please note that the above archery demonstration process is for reference only, if you are interested in improving your skills or professional training, it is recommended to seek guidance from a professional instructor or participate in professional courses.
