Hamas: Justice or Evil? Who is to blame for the death of Gaza?

Mondo Culture Updated on 2024-02-29

On October 7 last year, Hamas in the Gaza Strip launched".Operation Al-Aqsa Flood"At least 1,300 Israeli civilians were killed, more than 3,400 injured and 130,150 IDF soldiers and civilians taken hostage.

In this operation, Hamas killed Israeli soldiers and civilians indiscriminately, and carried out a number of killings against civilians, including Beerida**, Rem Jie Da**, and Kafaaza**.

The operation was subsequently characterized as a terrorist attack by more than 44 countries.

A day later, Israel officially declared war on Hamas.

So far, the IDF has not stopped its military operations in Gaza. The related humanitarian crisis and ceasefire continue to be the focus of attention of the international community.

The tragic situation in Gaza is embarrassing, and it also makes domestic netizens sympathize with the people of Gaza. But who is to blame for the scourge of Gaza? What exactly is the ingredient in Hamas? Is Israel right or wrong? Let's get it straight.

Violence is not far away.

12 April 2002, Jeershatz**, Israel: At a bus stop in the centre of Jerusalem, a young Palestinian woman rushed into a crowd and detonated a bomb strapped to her body. In total, six people were killed and more than 100 injured as a result of the attack. Among the victims were two Chinese nationals from Fujian, and two Chinese were injured.

On April 26, the ashes of the two Chinese laborers who had been killed were transported back to their hometown in Fujian, accompanied by the Israeli minister to China, who knelt down in front of the victims' graves to mourn.

After the incident, the Israeli side said that the Chinese killed in the attack would enjoy the same compensation as Israeli citizens. For the families of the deceased, if they have minor children, they will be raised by Israel** until they reach the age of 18.

For the injured person, if the disability affects the life and work, the living and medical expenses of the injured person will be paid by Israel** for life.

In Israel, Chinese laborers are a large group, with tens of thousands of people at their peak. Therefore, Israel's tense security situation directly affects these Chinese working abroad.

As we all know, Hamas has been the main perpetrator of almost all attacks against Israel in recent decades. However, it is clear that with the organization's style of "killing and not buriing", it is impossible to bear any responsibility for the citizens of the third country in the attack. Then, the follow-up compensation, pacification, and diplomatic work related to the accident can only be undertaken by Israel.

The Palestinian-Israeli issue has a long history.

The history of Israel's founding is almost a history of war. Due to historical reasons such as religion and politics, since 1947, Israel and Palestine and the surrounding Arab countries have gone back and forth from conflict to war, from negotiation to reconciliation. Let the land of Palestine and Israel be at peace for decades.

The year 1993 was a crucial turning point in the Palestinian-Israeli issue.

Yitzhak Rabin, then Prime Minister of Israel, and Arafat, the leader of the Palestine Liberation Organization, signed the famous agreement in Oslo, the capital of NorwayOslo Accords。The agreement symbolizes the formal recognition of each other's regimes and the renunciation of violent confrontation. Israeli forces have also withdrawn from the West Bank and Gaza as agreed.

Rabin and Arafat were both awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1994 as key figures in brokering the peace agreement.

Unfortunately, however, the peace brought about by the agreement was not recognized by the radical nationalists in both camps.

In 1995, during his second term as prime minister, Rabin was assassinated by the country's right-wing wings.

Inside Palestine, the militant group Hamas began to emerge.

Hamas, the full name of the "Islamic Resistance Movement", its founders are:Ahmed Yassin

Yassin fled to Gaza with his parents during the Israeli-Palestinian war during his childhood, and suffered a spinal injury at the age of 12 and was confined to a wheelchair. As a young man, he went to Egypt to study and receive an orthodox Islamic education. In 1965, Yassin joined the Muslim Brotherhood and began to come into contact with extremist ideas.

After returning to Gaza, Yassin became an influential figure in Palestine and became known as the "Sheikh" (an Arabic honorific title for "wise elder").

At the end of 1987, Ahmed Yassin formally formed the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in Gaza.

Its assertions:Israel must be wiped off the map and an "all-Palestinian state" must be established from the East Bank of the Mediterranean Sea to the West Bank("From the river to the sea" has also become the main political slogan of Palestinian nationalists). And he insisted that armed resistance was the only right option to end Israel's illegal occupation.

After the Oslo Accords, although peace between Palestine and Israel was ushered in, it gave Hamas the opportunity to gain prestige. Hamas believes that Fatah (Palestine Liberation Organization) shaking hands with Israel is the ultimate betrayal of the Palestinians! Hamas will return to the burden of armed confrontation with Israel.

However, against the fact that there are thousands of roads, Hamas has chosen the worst oneTerrorist attacks

Since 1993, Hamas has been planning terrorist attacks against Israel, mostly in the form of "suicide bombs". The targets of the attacks are mainly concentrated in shopping malls, cafes and bus stations in order to kill and injure civilians and create chaos.

Despite Israel's intent to retaliate, intelligence and targeted strikes have had little effect in the face of Hamas members who "come from civilians and go to civilians".

In 1996, the frequency of terrorist attacks by Hamas peaked, causing great panic in Israeli society.

In order to reverse the passive situation, the Israeli authorities have introduced a new response policy:

1. Send the relatives of the attackers back to Gaza and refuse to live in Israel.

2. Implement a targeted killings program for Hamas high-level**.

In 2004, Ahmad Yassin, the spiritual leader and founder of Hamas, was killed in targeted Israeli airstrikes. His successor was killed after just over 40 days of clamour.

With the successive deaths of its leaders, Hamas's terrorist campaign has gradually subsided. The two sides entered a brief period of peace.

In 2006, Israel withdrew its troops from Gaza.

In the same year, an intra-Palestinian meeting was held, in which Fatah attempted to unify the forces and strive for a genuine peace.

However, years of war have already caused populist ideas to run rampant in Palestine, and the "opposition" Hamas was unexpectedly elected and took the ruling power in Palestine.

This also led to a complete break between the main peace faction and the main faction Hamas.

In 2007, a civil war broke out between Fatah and Hamas, Fatah withdrew from the Gaza Strip, and Palestine was partitioned. Fatah administers the West Bank territory, while Gaza is under full control by Hamas.

In the same year, Israel built a separation wall on the Gaza border.

In this way, Hamas, who firmly pursues anti-Semitism and insists on fighting Israel to the end, has led the Gazans all the way to the black.

As a result of the border wall, Hamas's attacks on Israel have also shifted from suicide bombs and car bombs to home-made rocket attacks. At the same time, they excavated underground fortifications on a large scale, secretly transported materials and munitions, and set up tunnel exits in civilian areas such as hospitals, schools, and houses, using the people as shields and letting the Israeli army throw rats, making it difficult for the targeted elimination strikes to be effective.

In this way, Hamas members have long been huddled in Gaza, mixed with the civilian population, and have developed indecently with Israel. It was not until the outbreak of "Operation Al-Aqsa Flood" that the Israeli army officially marched into Gaza.

Is Hamas a terrorist organization?

Refer to our Anti-Terrorism Law:

Article 3: Claims and behaviors that create social panic, endanger public safety, infringe on persons and property, or coerce state organs or international organizations to achieve their political, ideological, or other goals through violence, sabotage, intimidation, or other means.

and the standard of the United States**:

Even by the standards of most countries in the world, Hamas is a terrorist organization through and through.

In the list of "designated terrorist organizations", Hamas has been officially recognized as a terrorist organization by Israel, the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan and Singapore.

Hamas = terrorism, a fact that is a certainty.

Some say that Hamas's actions, while radical, are all for the Palestinian people.

Do they really have such "lofty ideals"?

According to information released by Qatar's Al Jazeera, corruption at the top of Hamas is extremely serious, mainly in international aid funds and limited tax revenues in the Gaza Strip.

According to statistics, the total overseas assets of Hamas's senior ** exceed $11 billion, with its supreme ruler Yahya Sinwar having $2.2 billion, Politburo Chairman Ismail Haniyeh $3 billion, and the founder of the Qassam Brigade and his wife having $1 billion. Most of their possessions are deposited in countries such as Qatar, the United States, and Switzerland. Most of his and his relatives live in luxury houses in Qatar and go with luxury cars.

And the Gaza Strip under their rule: international aid is needed for daily necessities, and water and electricity are mainly supplied by Israel. GDP per capita is only $1,500, and the unemployment rate is more than half.

In this way, "anti-Semitism" is only a tool of Hamas's rule, a means to fool the people. Between ideals and reality, they decisively chose the dollar.

It was also said that Jews were inherently hostile to the Palestinians and that Gazans had no choice.

In fact, the Arab population already makes up 21 per cent of Israel's population, and many hold dual Palestinian and Israeli citizenship. Moderate Arabs, who have long since put aside their hatred, have become colleagues, neighbors, and friends with Jews. In the West Bank, which is jointly administered by Palestinians and Israelis and self-governing by Palestine, Palestinians live more like citizens of a normal country.

Gaza is an isolated island on earth surrounded by Hamas and a humanitarian disaster area. Today, the culprits are lying in the pile of dollars and laughing wildly, but the people are taking all the blame.

Since the outbreak of the war in Gaza, there has been some condemnation and condemnation of Israel in the domestic and international communities. For the civilians caused by the Israeli army's ground operations, they are even more crazy to comment on the moral high ground.

These people only see the effect, but do not see the cause, or selectively ignore it, and take the lead in their position.

In the face of Hamas's madness and extremism, Israel has already exhausted its benevolence and righteousness, and there is no need to endure it any longer. If you don't fight back, you can't scold back, that's a saint. The only way to deal with the enemy is to use thunderbolts. This is a commitment to justice and a responsibility to the people.

The disaster of Gaza is in Hamas, but the pot is in Israel, which is really ridiculous and generous!
