What do you think it means to truly love yourself? When it comes to loving yourself, do many people's first reaction be:

Be willing to spend money for yourself.

Gather ye rosebuds while ye may. Let yourself be as you please.

Satisfy your desires as much as possible.

Even though satisfying desires and pursuing happiness is something we pursue all our lives, we can easily get pleasure from it. But have you tried another way to love yourself?

Do you know your physical condition.

Do you know anything about your mental health.

What kind of pursuit do you have for your spiritual world?

When we start to pay attention to our body, to our hearts, to our spiritual world, that is when we open the door to truly love ourselves. And we often neglect the self-care behaviors that we truly love ourselves but are neglected by our daily lives.

Eat healthyEarly in the morning, I casually solved breakfast and hurried to work.

In the afternoon, a colleague said to you, "Hey, would you like to order a cup of milk tea together?" ”

You feel like you can have a drink, "Wow! ”

In the evening, I received a short message, "Recently opened a new tavern, let's go have a drink together?" ”

Walk! "Do we need food mostly for external reasons, or do we really want to eat it?

Is your body getting enough nutrients? What about too much sugar, oil, salt and calories?

Am I really hungry.

Do I really want to eat it.

Will this help me or be harmful?

By questioning my eating habits, what I ate, why I ate it, and when I ate it, we can go a long way in improving our relationship with food and building a healthier body system.

Eating a variety of whole and fresh plants, fruits, legumes, seeds, and grains, high-quality protein, providing your body with healthy fuel, and learning to listen to your body will allow you to eat less and be healthier.

Sleep better

Am I rested or tired?

Do I feel sharp and energetic during the day.

Am I neglecting sleep for other activities.

Sleep is the key to health and wellness, and we must change our mindset and daily routine to prioritize the quality of our sleep. When it is compromised, there are immediate or long-term symptoms such as agitation, anxiety, exhaustion, memory problems, body aches, illness, etc.

Maintaining a regular schedule and high-quality sleep is your main mental motivation during the day, which will make you radiate radiance from your demeanor.

Exercise regularly

I've been sitting for too long.

Will my body feel stiff or sore.

How often do I breathe fresh air.

A sedentary lifestyle is a major cause of comorbidities, so it is important to actively incorporate exercise into your daily routine.

Remember when we were studying, a class lasted 45 minutes and a 10-minute break between classes? When we enter society, it seems that we no longer use this rhythm to relax our bodies and brains at work.

Sort your work according to the course you had at school, block out all information for 45 minutes, focus on the work of the moment, take a 10-minute break at the end of the day, walk around, drink a glass of water, relax your eyes, shoulders and neck, and focus on the next part of the work, which will make the work more efficient.

Manage stress

Am I anxious about something.

Do I feel overwhelmed.

Am I too stressed.

Many health practitioners warn us that when you are subjected to excessive stress for a long time, you risk depleting your body's resources. Once exhausted, neither your mind nor your body can function effectively.

If chronic stress persists, it can lead to physical and mental health and psychological problems such as headaches, insomnia, increased heart rate, high blood pressure, etc.

Although stress as an adult is everywhere, you can learn to avoid certain types of stress and reduce it, be better able to manage the effects of stress on you, and being aware of the situations that create stress in your life will allow you to avoid them better.

Avoid vices

Do I have a clear picture of my overall health?

Am I fully aware of the disease I am risk for (due to lifestyle or genetics)?

Do I understand the health risks that my life situation may bring to me?

Alcohol (excess).

Drugs. Gambling.

Gluttony. Smoking.

Vices are activities that are blatantly harmful to your body and mind, often inciting addictive behaviors, which exacerbate the negative effects on the body, and it is easier to prevent problems than to solve them (e.g. smoking, alcoholism). When you engage in a vice, what you feel in the moment is pleasure, but it puts a serious burden on your body and mind.

If you are struggling with a bad habit right now and believe that you have the power to quit it, then make a plan to address it. If you're having trouble getting rid of your bad habits, seek out outside help promptly.

Stay safe

Staying safe comes down to taking steps you can control to prevent known risks, such as:

Always wear a seatbelt in the car.

Be careful if you go out alone at night.

Wear a helmet when riding.

Make a family emergency plan.

Have a first aid kit and fire extinguisher at home.

Have proper insurance.

Let loved ones know where and when you are traveling.

Danger Due to their rarity, it is easy to assume that these situations do not happen to you. But bad things do happen, and small steps you should not overlook to protect yourself from significant harm or loss.

Be mindful

Mindfulness is the process of focusing your attention on what is happening in the present moment in a non-judgmental way. Because the past can't be changed, and neither can the future, your life is really just what you experience in the moment.

However, if your mind is trapped between the past and the possible, then you are missing out on the present and the present, and there is no way to live life to the fullest.

Additionally, if you judge, worry, and stress about what your life is like right now, you are susceptible to negative self-talk, which is detrimental to your physical and mental health.

Mindfulness is a special element of health and wellness that can really transform your brain: ways to keep your brain healthy, self-regulating and effective decision-making, and ways to protect yourself from toxic stress.

It can be integrated into one's religious or spiritual life, or it can be used as a kind of secular mental training.

Create balance

It's easy for us to get things that don't matter to us to affect our lives, creating balance that gives us more control over our lives. Letting life sail in the direction we want it to be, so it's important to work towards balance in your life.

Take care to avoid excesses and extremes.

Avoiding extremes is relatively simple and is mentioned in the section on avoiding vices. It's a kind of management about self-discipline.

Designing the Wheel of Life may be a new balancing act for you.

It is mainly an overview of all the major areas of life (career, relationships, money, etc.) and regularly ranks your performance in each area.
