The school should attach importance to the construction of the safety management system, and the following "seven characteristics" should be reflected in the specific formulation and implementation of the safety management system.

Authority. The school's safety management system is the program of school safety work, the criterion for correcting the safety behavior of teachers and students, and the basis for teachers and staff to perform their safety management responsibilities. In the process of campus safety education and management, it has a certain authority, and all teachers and students must strictly abide by it, and no one may violate it.
