This is the first mass-produced product put into production by Ruipai Intelligent Ecological Electric Drive Factory, with a maximum motor speed of 22,000rpm and a system efficiency of 925%, the maximum motor power density is 12kw kg, and the total success rate density is 308kw kg, already on the car Haobo HT and Aion S Max.
The M25 is also an ultra-high-voltage 900V electric drive, and GAC Aion said that this product adopts a self-developed and designed high-voltage silicon carbide module, copper wire direct connection DTS technology and all-silver sintering process, which can achieve a 30% reduction in volume, a 40% reduction in stray inductance, and a 25% increase in current.
According to the engineer, after the completion of the new factory, it supports the flexible production of three motor products, Haobo SSR uses the M58 supercar electric drive, and the motor power density is 12KW kg, which was changed from self-developed outsourcing to self-developed and self-produced in November last year.
Talking about the technical reserves of electric drive, the official revealed that the follow-up new factory will also lay out the electric drive system from 100kw to 580kw product line.
The total investment of Ruipai intelligent ecological electric drive factory is 21600 million yuan, covering an area of 1040,000 square meters, it is expected to achieve an annual output of 400,000 sets of IDU electric drive system assemblies and 100,000 sets of GMC hybrid electric coupling system motors and electronic control systems by 2025.

At present, GAC Aion has formed a dual-brand pattern of Aion + Haobo, and in terms of three electrics, in addition to self-construction, it will continue to adopt the mode of external procurement.
In the group interview, Gu Huinan, general manager of GAC Aion, said that in 2024, the Haobo brand will continue to deepen its independence, separate it in terms of channel construction and brand image, reorganize the logic, brand, path, enterprise and brand, and distinguish between the brand and the marketing department.
