Description of the features of the yurt foundation base template

Mondo Tourism Updated on 2024-02-02

There are two main features of the yurt mold: the inner mold is fixed, and the outer mold is divided into four parts. It has a structure with eaves and an overall appearance of a rectangular shape. Each house has a usable area of approximately 20 square meters and can be stacked in 3 to 4 floors. Inside this mold, about 800 kg of steel and 10 cubic meters of concrete are used. Therefore, based on factors such as material costs, labor costs, and mold wear and tear in each region, the cost per house can be preliminarily estimated.

The yurt mold is made of stainless steel sheet metal that reacts when in contact with water at a specific temperature, resulting in rust on the surface. In order to enhance the long-term performance of the yurt mold, we need to store the steel mold in a dry and cool place after use. In this way, the quality and appearance of the mold can be effectively protected, and at the same time, its service life can be extended, providing stable and efficient support for our work. Therefore, we should pay attention to the storage and protection of yurt molds to ensure their long-lasting excellent performance.
