What should I do if I kindly lend money to a friend for emergency, but my friend "turns his face and doesn't admit it"? On the morning of February 5, the Yangpu District People's Court carried out a centralized distribution of more than 500 yuan of enforcement funds for 15 cases of "people's livelihood".
At 10 o'clock in the morning of the same day, the Yangpu Court's 2024 "People's Livelihood" Cases Enforcement Conference officially began, and the 16 parties in 15 "people's livelihood" cases received their own part of the enforcement money from the judges one by one.
Ms. Shen was one of the parties to the application for enforcement and received a total of 1.6 million yuan in enforcement money. She said that she was very grateful to the court for getting the money before the Chinese New Year, "The family can have a happy New Year, and this matter can be regarded as a very satisfactory result." It turned out that this money was the relocation money of Ms. Shen's old house. A total of 7.3 million yuan was paid for the eviction, but the tenant of the old house was a relative. Ms. Shen said that her family was relieved to go through the court to deal with issues such as the distribution and cashing of funds.
Also with joy is Mr. Xu, the executor of the application. He received back the 660,000 yuan of hard-earned money he had lent out from the judge. Mr. Xu introduced that five years ago, a friend of his encountered difficulties in the company's operation, and he lent him 660,000 yuan for emergency. Mr. Xu had no choice but to apply to the court for compulsory enforcement and successfully recovered the money.
Gu Jinhong, deputy chief of the second enforcement section of the Yangpu District People's Court Executive Bureau, said that since the Yangpu Court's "100-day attack" in November last year, a total of 150 million yuan has been executed.
