Build a diversified platform to enhance brand value. Adhere to the principle of first-class guidance, market-oriented, social participation, mutual benefit and win-win, build a diversified sales platform online and offline, and actively organize enterprises to open online stores on the Internet such as Jingdong, Tmall, and "platform", and guide enterprises to list products on the "procurement platform" in the state. At the same time, adhere to the combination of "going out" and "please come in", take Huizhou City and other eastern markets and surrounding markets outside the province as the key target markets, and actively organize special light industry and agricultural industry enterprises in the state to carry out various forms of production and marketing docking activities such as promotion meetings, exhibitions, and fairs, build a platform for both supply and demand, organize exchanges between production and circulation subjects, establish a long-term and stable cooperation mechanism for production and marketing, and further develop the market. Since the beginning of this year, we have organized enterprises in the state to participate in the Canton Fair, the Canada Expo, the West China Expo, the Lancha Fair, the Wine Expo and other exhibitions, investment promotion activities, on-site transactions and signed agreements of intent with a total amount of 100 million yuan, and carried out a series of activities such as the "Love for Jinzhou, Courtesy" East and West Huimin Consumption Festival, and actively help enterprises to promote their brands, expand Guangzhou and other eastern markets, and compete for orders.

Consolidate the foundation of east-west cooperation and reduce logistics costs. Qianxinan Prefecture focuses on making up for the shortcomings of circulation and sales, implements the "e-commerce cloud warehouse ** chain project", and has built and operated a state-level hub warehouse (Xingyi City) and a county-level node warehouse (Anlong, Pu'an, Qinglong, Wangmo, Xingren, Caiheng, Zhenfeng, Yilong), and initially formed a statewide smart warehouse distribution network. Relying on the resources gathered by the cloud warehouse management system, docking multiple demand channels, integrating the best chain of agricultural products, realizing the function of consignment sales and distribution, promoting the co-distribution of commercial logistics warehouses, reducing the cost of express logistics, stabilizing the best agricultural products, avoiding the problems of small supply, unstable quality and high logistics costs of a single cooperative, exploring the mode of determining production by sales, gradually improving the first chain in the state, and promoting the growth of production and marketing of agricultural products. Express logistics achieves the first kilogram and kilogram yuan, effectively reducing product logistics costs, boosting the upgrading and development of the e-commerce industry, and helping rural revitalization. Since the official operation, Xingyi hub warehouse in southwest Guizhou Prefecture has served enterprises, service products, and completed a total of about 10,000 orders.

Strengthen e-commerce services to help agriculture and promote the upward movement of agricultural products. Qianxinan Prefecture takes the comprehensive demonstration project of e-commerce into rural areas as the starting point, continuously improves the e-commerce public service system, establishes e-commerce service centers at the state and county levels, and provides one-stop e-commerce services such as business incubation, agency operation, uplink channel construction, photography, packaging, design, network promotion, publicity, and e-commerce training for enterprises, cooperatives, and entrepreneurial youth, so as to help traditional enterprises transform into e-commerce enterprises and expand sales channels. A total of e-commerce value-added services were carried out throughout the year. Vigorously support local characteristics and advantageous products to achieve large-scale sales through online live direct sales, through the development model of "Internet products", a number of online marketable products such as "Xingren barley rice" and "Pu'an black tea" have emerged in southwest Guizhou. Expand the team of e-commerce talents, and promote consumption through live e-commerce. By adopting a combination of "online, offline, theory and practice", Qianxinan Prefecture organizes the heads of e-commerce enterprises in all counties (cities) across the state, professional managers of rural e-commerce enterprises, young e-commerce entrepreneurs, college graduates who are willing to engage in e-commerce work, retired soldiers, and owners of traditional enterprises who are willing to transform to carry out e-commerce training.
