1) Improve the "green protection" mechanism, and the efficiency of the forest chief system has been significantly improved. Second, in terms of measures, the "green protection and green management" efforts are insufficient, and the pressure on forest fire prevention and pest control needs to be solved, and the work still needs to be continued. Third, in terms of effectiveness, the implementation of the requirements of "industrial ecology and ecological industrialization" of forestry and grassland is not in place, there is a gap in exploring the transformation path of "using green" and "living green", the effect of promoting scientific and technological innovation and efficient utilization of resources in the forestry and grassland industry is not obvious enough, and the cultivation of new forestry management entities is insufficient.
