Check whether the discharge door nut is loose, and whether the bolt at the side pressure seal is loose or the side pressure sealing strip is worn. Tighten the nut or remove the side pressure sealant, or replace the discharge door wear plate.
Adjust the position of the discharge door to ensure that it has an even clearance from the liner and tighten the nut.
During the operation, the relevant personnel should strictly inspect and replace the lining plate in time to avoid the gap between the material door and the cylinder being too large or too small.
Carefully clean the mixer shaft end seal, replace the damaged parts in time, and squeeze out the slurry and dirty oil outside the cavity before injecting the lubricating oil.
