The body is stainless steel, anti-corrosion and durable, dustproof and waterproof joints, and maintenance-free for outdoor installation.
The range of the 80G UHF radar level gauge can reach 120 meters, the blind area is as low as 8cm, the error is 1mm, strong penetration, anti-interference, and can also be applied to high-temperature steam, stirring, volatilization to deal with complex working conditions such as foam and dust. The upper range of the 26G high-frequency radar level gauge is 70 meters, the blind area is 30cm, and the error is 5mm, which is suitable for conventional working conditions. The 80GHz FM radar level gauge is especially suitable for the working conditions of high temperature and high pressure or high dust and multi-stirring space, which meets the measurement needs of a large range and high accuracy.
The SCLD80X series is a frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar product operating at 76-81GHz, supporting 4-wire and 2-wire applications. Multiple models, the maximum range of the product can reach 120m, and the blind area can reach 8 cm. Due to its higher frequency and shorter wavelength, it is particularly suitable for solid applications, and the way it works by transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves through lenses has unique advantages in high dust, harsh temperature environments (+200). The instrument can be debugged by LCD on site, or on PC with the optional host computer software. Communication with PC through the following ways: 1. USB to RS485 serial port cable (four-wire system); 2. USB to TTL serial port cable (two-wire system); 3. USB to Hart-Modem (two-wire system) for communication. It can also be debugged by mobile phone through Bluetooth, making on-site debugging safer and more convenient. It can also be remotely debugged in a different place through the 4G network of the remote module.
