There will be 3 rounds of judging for all submissions. The organizing committee will first conduct a preliminary review, at which stage will review whether the structure and subject direction of the article meet the requirements. Each article that passes the initial review will be submitted to 2-3 independent reviewers for peer review, and the reviewers will evaluate the article according to the requirements of the first set, predetermined criteria, originality, completeness, and grammar.

Instructions for Submission
1. Manuscripts in English should be of academic or practical value and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad. Authors who publish ** need to submit the full text for peer review, and authors who only make reports and do not publish** only need to submit abstracts.
2. **It needs to be typeset according to the template on the official website of the conference.
3. The conference only accepts English submissions and provides translation services.
4. Only participants only need to submit abstracts, and abstracts will not be published.
