The raw material is evenly fed into the drying tower of the flash dryer through the screw feeder. During the descent, subjected to a combination of hot air and mixed wings, the raw material gradually breaks down into particles of different sizes. The heating air is cut into the heating chamber along the head, and then enters the tower at high speed from the gap between the cylinder wall ring belts. The bottom of the flash dryer is provided with an inverted conical drying waveguide, and a vertical stirring device is installed in the middle. When the raw material enters the fuselage, a mixed fluidized bed of large and small particles is first formed in the cone cavity under the action of rotating hot air and agitation device. Here, the large particles are constantly broken up, and some of the fine particles that have been lost from the water rise with them. The goods that pass the moisture and particle size distribution are discharged according to the grade classifier, but the goods that do not meet the standards will be returned to the dust collection area to be crushed and dried again until all the goods meet the requirements and are discharged smoothly.
