At the same time, some students who grew up in cities have difficulty adapting to the environment in the countryside, resulting in poor teaching results. For this reason, many village party secretaries are reluctant to accept the support of college students, and for the good development of the students, they have issued a cry of "please, don't come".
If students really have the idea of volunteering and want to contribute to the cause of education, they need to think about it in advance. First of all, choose to participate in volunteer teaching activities organized by regular schools, rather than blindly choosing your own teaching location. The most important thing is that students should think carefully about their motivations and abilities before making a decision to volunteer to ensure that they can provide truly effective support to local students.
In short, although the village party secretary and teachers are tired and worried about college students' volunteer teaching, it does not mean that college students should not participate in volunteer teaching activities.
