9. Review content.
1) Document review.
The inspection team leader is responsible for the implementation of document review of the factory's quality assurance capability management documents and related materials, and the completion of the "Document Audit Report". When the documents submitted are not sufficient to meet the requirements, the inspection team leader shall request supplementary materials from the certification applicant.
If the applicant's quality management system certification includes the application for product manufacturing or obtaining the safety mark of mining products, the document review may not be carried out after confirmation by the inspection team.
2) On-site inspection.
1) Conduct factory quality assurance capability inspection in accordance with the "CMAC Product Certification Rules Factory Quality Assurance Capability Requirements" and Annex 3;
2) Product consistency check.
During the factory inspection, the consistency of the products applying for certification should be checked at the production site, and at least one specification and model of the certified products should be selected for consistency inspection.
Focus on checking the following:
a.The identification of the certified product, the model and the type test report or the certification body of the testing agency confirm whether the product description is consistent;
b.Whether the structure of the certified product (mainly the structure involving safety performance, including design, process, etc.) is consistent with the sample during the type test;
c.Whether the main raw materials used in the certified products are consistent with those declared during the type test and confirmed by the certification body;
d.The verification of factory inspection and testing capabilities and inspectors' abilities can be carried out in the form of on-site designated tests or witness tests, and the test content is to confirm all the factory inspection items required by the technical documents.
