Jumping out of the construction mode of the housing construction project, finding the "acceleration button" of the plant project, and how to promote the rapid construction of the super-large plant in a safe, orderly and efficient manner is the biggest problem in the project construction process. Compare the time requirements and space conditions to make scientific arrangements, decompose the contract period nodes one by one, integrate the four major plans of design, bidding, construction and handover, and draw a "customized version" of the project master control plan.
To put it simply, other projects may first do concrete pouring, then build formwork, and then build steel pipe ......Step by step, but our master plan is to synchronize all the processes that are being carried out simultaneously. Xiong Jiaming said. The project formed a corps-style construction operation of 3 major corps, 32 major theaters and 62 positions, and more than 2,000 people staged the "Battle of 100 Regiments" at the peak.

The electric hoist can not find the support point vertically and horizontally, and the guide rail needs a large site, high cost, and low operability. The universal wheel is easy to move, and the forklift has high stability. "The movable tall formwork technology was successfully "born". This is the first factory project in Guangxi to adopt mobile tall formwork.
At the beginning, we set two goals for this process: one is to reduce the workload of frame erection and dismantling by 50%, and the other is to achieve 7 days to complete a flow construction. Cao Shan introduced. In practical application, this process not only realizes the completion of a flow construction in 7 days, but also reduces the workload of frame erection and dismantling by 75% compared with the traditional high-support formwork body.
