We have no money The United States has exhausted Ukraine s security assistance funds

According to US media, Pentagon press secretary Major General Pat Ryder said at a press conference last Thursday that the United States has no funds left to replace the ** shipped to Ukraine.

We have no money," he told reporters.

Ryder explained that there is another $4.2 billion in authority to provide such assistance, but a lack of additional funding could lead to a pause in support because the Pentagon does not want to risk the combat readiness of the U.S. military.

For months, the outcome has been sounding warnings as Congress debates how to fund the federation and the White House's request for further funding for Ukraine.

A group of senators is negotiating a border security agreement that is seen as key to unlocking a $100 billion spending bill, more than half of which will go to Ukraine-related support.

The Pentagon announced the final aid package for Ukraine at the end of December, worth 2$500 million, consisting mainly of artillery and other ammunition.

"At this time, I don't expect PDI to make any new announcements in terms of new capabilities," Ryder said. He was referring to the remaining powers to provide assistance.
