Circumstances in which it is necessary to change the registration
Articles 16 and 17 of the Provisions on the Registration of Motor Vehicles stipulate that in any of the following circumstances, the owner of a motor vehicle shall apply to the vehicle administration office at the place of registration for change of registration:
1) Changing the color of the body;
b) replacement of the engine;
3) Replacing the body or frame;
4) Replacement of the whole vehicle due to quality problems;
5) The nature of the use of the motor vehicle registration changes;
6) The domicile of the owner of the motor vehicle moves out of or into the area under the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office.
