She is known as the "warrior" who created Fuling rural e-commerce, and founded the "Shangshang E-commerce Platform" with the spirit of daring to fight and practice, providing personalized development and operation of e-commerce platforms for hundreds of enterprises, opening live streaming platforms such as Douyin, ** Kuaishou, and WeChat applets, and training more than 100,000 e-commerce talents for the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Municipal Agricultural Commission, the Yangtze River Normal University and other departments and more than 10 districts and counties in Sichuan and Chongqing.
Her name is Huang Yan, an outstanding Communist Party member of Fuling District, a representative of the Sixth Party Congress of the District, and a national e-commerce division. He has successively worked in Internet software companies such as Alibaba and Neusoft Group, and has been committed to the development and operation training of e-commerce. At that time, there were not many people in Fuling who understood e-commerce, and in such a good policy environment of the country, as a local e-commerce talent, I always felt that I should do something. In 2014, Huang Yan established Chongqing Shangshang Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a Shangshang e-commerce platform to sell local agricultural products in Chongqing. Soon, Fuling began to carry out the "e-commerce, finance, convenience store" three-entry village project, supporting college students and village officials to sell agricultural products through online platforms. This allowed Huang Yan to find the direction of the platform's development. She took the initiative to sign up for the event, reported her ideas to the relevant departments, and finally won the right to enter the village as a pilot.
She has successively built convenience stores in more than 20 township streets such as Zengfu, Longtan, Lin Shi, Baitao, Yihe, Jiaoshi, etc., built e-commerce service stations, and conducted e-commerce operation guidance and training for college students and village officials in the village. Through hard work and efforts, the agricultural products of the hometown were successfully launched and began to be sold on the e-commerce platform, such as Zengfu local chicken, green shell eggs, Longtan rice, Lin Shi kudzu powder, Yihe bamboo shoots, Jiangdong phoenix tail mushroom, Wuling Mountain honey, Jiangbei rouge radish, Fuling green cabbage head and other hot-selling agricultural products are loved by customers.

By 2017, basically every village in Fuling has realized the e-commerce village to village, and has achieved the development goal of "industrial products to the countryside and agricultural products to the city". Since 2020, the platform has stepped up its layout in channels such as mass procurement, e-commerce platforms, communities, and live broadcasts, and has sold nearly 100 million yuan of agricultural and sideline products in surrounding districts and counties.
