The Hydrokomp coupling DR-060-5-005 is a key transmission element that is capable of transferring hydraulic oil from a stationary machine component to a rotating machine component. It is assembled on the rotating axis of the sub-assembly and can be connected to several single- or double-acting hydraulic elements as required. During the design phase, it must be taken into account that the rotational movement is hindered by the friction of the seal, which depends on the pressure, and the driving torque of the turntable must be carefully calculated.
Hydrokomp couplings are suitable for use in hydraulic systems, but can also be used in pneumatic systems. In pneumatic systems, air needs to be filtered and lubricated to ensure sealing, lubrication, and corrosion protection. When designing, factors such as leakage recirculation channels, nominal diameters, operating pressures, operating temperatures, and oil connections are taken into account. For example, the working pressure can reach up to 500 bar, the operating temperature range is -10 to +60, and the oil connection is G1 4 and M16x15 specifications are optional.
In addition, the piston part of the Hydrokomp coupling is axial and radially connected and is suitable for pneumatic and hydraulic systems. It enables leakage-free recirculation and can be combined with a multi-coupling system (KDS) or with an electric slip ring. When designing, special designs can be made according to special needs to meet a variety of different application scenarios. Pneumatic rotary couplings transfer compressed air from stationary machine parts to rotating machine parts. It is mounted on the rotating axis of the component. For this purpose, we offer single-, dual- and quad-channel versions. At 24 VDC and 2A, the pneumatic rotary coupling can be used in combination with or 24 strands of electrical sleeves via slip rings.
