Hydrokomp's BZY-032-100 cylinder is a popular block design in areas where powerful short strokes are required. The unique feature of this block is its internally threaded piston rod, which is secured with screw-in contact bolts. Due to its compact cubic shape, it is easy to connect and can withstand high working pressures. In order to meet the needs of various applications, we offer a variety of versions of the hydraulic oil supply solution. 
When it comes to sealing technology, the cylinder block of the Hydrokomp excels. Especially at the piston rod end, we use double hydraulic seal technology to ensure virtually leak-free operation in continuous operation. In addition, all cylinders are equipped with metal wiper rings to effectively prevent metal debris from entering the soft wiper rings, thus keeping the system clean and efficient. 
The cylinders work at pressures up to 500 bar and can be operated in single or double acting. Piston diameters range from 16mm to 100mm and strokes range from 8mm to 200mm. Depending on the working pressure, the thrust can be increased from 2kn (at 100 bar) to 392 kn (at 500 bar), while the traction force can be increased from 12kN (at 100 bar) increased to 237 kN (at 500 bar).
