Focus on the construction of the team of building team leaders and village team leaders, explore the model of "good neighbor team leaders", select and absorb 2,161 "good neighborhood team leaders", realize full coverage of village residences, and continuously enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the "two longs" team by pairing the old and the young with teaching, empowerment training, and visiting practice.

In order to consolidate the foundation of the rule of law, the Xinnan Neighborhood Committee innovated the form of rule of law publicity, created a rule of law micro-park position with the rule of law as the theme and culture as the carrier, integrated art, sculpture and other elements, and branded the community rule of law culture with local characteristics and integrated into the natural scene. Community residents spontaneously formed a residents' deliberative system by using the "Jingting" law popularization point, publicizing policies and popularizing legal knowledge in the process of deliberating, constantly unblocking information channels and expanding the scope of deliberations.
Hongbao Community is two adjacent semi-open old communities, and the management problem of shared rain gardens has been unresolved, affecting the community environment. In order to better realize the sharing of parking resources and protect the parking rights and interests of electric vehicle owners in the community, Hongbao One Residence has set up special parking spaces for electric vehicles through the mobile part of greening.
