Ethics and the Rule of Law is an important part of the junior high school curriculum system, which takes cultivating students' moral character and enhancing students' awareness of the rule of law as its own responsibility, and is an effective carrier for the implementation of moral education. Junior high school students are in the first period of physical and mental development, and their psychology and psychology have undergone great changes, coupled with the lack of social experience of students, they are very susceptible to the influence of negative ideas such as utilitarianism and hedonism, which is not conducive to the improvement of the ideological and moral level of junior high school students. Therefore, how to consolidate the position of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" as the main position of classroom teaching and promote the cultivation of students' core literacy has become the focus of current educators' teaching practice.
Through this study, I have indeed benefited a lot, and now I would like to talk about a few experiences.
1. Update the teaching concept in a timely manner and clarify the teaching objectives of the course.
Whether the teacher's teaching concept is correct or not, and whether the curriculum teaching goal positioning is accurate, will directly affect the classroom teaching effect of ethics and rule of law. Therefore, in the process of teaching ethics and rule of law in junior high school, teachers should be guided by the spirit of the new curriculum reform and guided by the cultivation of core literacy, clarify the teaching objectives of the curriculum, establish a student-oriented teaching concept, respect the main position of students in the classroom, and comprehensively determine the teaching objectives of ethics and the rule of law from multiple levels, so as to lay the foundation for the smooth development of follow-up teaching activities, cultivate students' core literacy, and build an efficient classroom of ethics and rule of law in junior high school.
2. Create classroom teaching situations to stimulate students' emotional resonance.
In the teaching process of junior high school ethics and rule of law courses, teachers should thoroughly understand the content of teaching materials, create teaching situations close to the actual life of students, awaken students' existing life experience and emotional experience, stimulate students' resonance at the emotional level, improve students' participation in classroom teaching, bring students into the teaching situation preset by teachers and gradually perceive the course content, realize the multiple sublimation of emotions, skills and methods, improve students' ideological and moral cultivation, enhance students' awareness of the rule of law, and achieve "promoting teaching with feelings". Realize the deep integration of core literacy cultivation and efficient classroom construction.
For example, in the explanation of the lesson "Love at Home", teachers can use CCTV public service advertisements related to "family affection" and "filial piety" to present students with a happy family scene, stimulate students' visual and auditory senses, and create a good classroom teaching atmosphere. At the same time, students will definitely think of their own family life, and at this moment, teachers can let students talk about their understanding of "family affection", "filial piety" and "family" in combination with the actual life. In this way, students' participation in the classroom can be effectively improved, students' emotional experience can be strengthened, and their understanding of the teaching content of this lesson can be deepened, which has a good effect on the cultivation of students' sense of gratitude.
3. Appropriately expand the content of teaching materials and deepen students' core literacy.
In the process of teaching ethics and rule of law courses in junior high schools, teachers should actively change their teaching roles and become organizers and guides of classroom teaching activities, and also need to become innovative users of ethics and rule of law course materials.
Fourth, apply a variety of teaching methods to extend education and teaching channels.
In the teaching process of junior high school ethics and rule of law courses, teachers should get rid of the limitations of traditional educational thinking, liberate themselves from the shackles of traditional teaching models, transfer the initiative of junior high school ethics and rule of law classroom teaching to students, and apply a variety of teaching methods such as group discussion, comprehensive practice, project driven, task list, and micro-course on the basis of the lecture-style teaching mode, guide students to master the methods of learning the knowledge points of ethics and rule of law courses, improve students' ability to cooperate, and demonstrate "autonomy and cooperation" The new curriculum standard concept continuously extends the education and teaching channels to build an efficient classroom of ethics and the rule of law.
For example, when explaining the knowledge points of "The Law Must Not Be Violated", teachers can carry out a comprehensive practice of "moot court", adhering to the principle of "homogeneity between groups and heterogeneity within groups", divide the students in the class into equal groups, and each student needs to play a role and conduct role exercises in the moot court. At the same time, before the activity, students should use textbooks, the Internet, other books and other means to collect law-related clauses and documents, etc., and describe them in the moot court based on the collected information. After all the students have finished, the teacher summarizes and comments on each group and summarizes the knowledge points of law.
In short, I believe that the junior high school ethics and rule of law course has a good effect on students' all-round development, comprehensive ability improvement, and cultivation of the spirit of morality and rule of law, in this regard, teachers should update their own teaching concepts in a timely manner, accurately locate the course teaching objectives guided by core literacy, carefully design the teaching plan of ethics and rule of law courses, and build efficient classrooms through the creation of teaching situations, the expansion of textbook content, and the application of a variety of teaching methods, so as to stimulate students' interest in learning and strengthen the teaching effect of ethics and rule of law classrooms.
