1. Update the teaching concept in a timely manner and clarify the teaching objectives of the course.

Whether the teacher's teaching concept is correct or not, and whether the curriculum teaching goal positioning is accurate, will directly affect the classroom teaching effect of ethics and rule of law. Therefore, in the process of teaching ethics and rule of law in junior high school, teachers should be guided by the spirit of the new curriculum reform and guided by the cultivation of core literacy, clarify the teaching objectives of the curriculum, establish a student-oriented teaching concept, respect the main position of students in the classroom, and comprehensively determine the teaching objectives of ethics and the rule of law from multiple levels, so as to lay the foundation for the smooth development of follow-up teaching activities, cultivate students' core literacy, and build an efficient classroom of ethics and rule of law in junior high school.

2. Create classroom teaching situations to stimulate students' emotional resonance.

In the teaching process of junior high school ethics and rule of law courses, teachers should thoroughly understand the content of teaching materials, create teaching situations close to the actual life of students, awaken students' existing life experience and emotional experience, stimulate students' resonance at the emotional level, improve students' participation in classroom teaching, bring students into the teaching situation preset by teachers and gradually perceive the course content, realize the multiple sublimation of emotions, skills and methods, improve students' ideological and moral cultivation, enhance students' awareness of the rule of law, and achieve "promoting teaching with feelings". For example, in the explanation of the lesson "Love at Home", teachers can use CCTV public service advertisements related to "family affection" and "filial piety" to present students with a happy family scene, stimulate students' visual and auditory senses, and create a good classroom teaching atmosphere. At the same time, students will definitely think of their own family life, and at this moment, teachers can let students talk about their understanding of "family affection", "filial piety" and "family" in combination with the actual life.
