Think and act more, complain less

A person who can influence others is not someone who only complains for no reason, but a thinker and doer who does it to the core.

I used to be a complaining person.

There was a time when I didn't know if I was in a bad mood, but when I encountered some "troubles" that I couldn't get used to, I had to complain.

While occasional complaining can help me release my emotions, complaining blindly can sink me into a quagmire full of negative energy.

Looking back on that time now, I was arrogant, unreasonable, and completely only played some lip service.

You think, if a person is constantly in a state of "impotent rage", how can he get along with people, and how many people are willing to deal with me, let alone teamwork.

Moreover, once complaining becomes an addiction, it will also make me develop a habit of complaining when I don't use my brain, my hands, and even "enjoy" it.

After several years of study and reflection, I finally made a change in my mentality:

Instead of complaining and arguing, it is better to keep your mouth shut, use your brains quickly, take active action, and take the initiative to find ways to solve those practical problems. Go to the scene when you should go to the scene, find someone to communicate with when you should find someone, improve the relationship when you should improve the relationship, report to the top when you should report up, and always find out the countermeasures and methods. Although I can't predict how things will turn out, if I can turn "troublesome things" into "good things", then my mentality will definitely become more stable, and my ability to do things will definitely become stronger. 03

It is this change in mentality that has given me such an important understanding:Make friends, work in a team, and do things together, but also choose a partner with "righteousness".

By righteousness, I not only mean having a positive mental state, but also knowing how to think positively.

Because, there is no perfect person in this world, and everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Only people who know how to think positively, look less at the shortcomings of others, find more advantages in others, complain less and complain, and think and act more, are worthy of association. Moreover, how you treat others, others will treat you as well: a positive person is more likely to be welcomed and can maintain good interpersonal relationships. A negative person, who does not know how to be grateful, and always complains about this and that, how many people are willing to deal with him?

Finally, to sum up;

Complaining won't solve the problem, but thinking can!

A person who can influence others is by no means a person who only complains for no reason, but a thinker who does not compromise on it.

This requires me to keep a clear head when I encounter troubles, use reason to overcome emotions, and use my brain instead of my heart.

Complaining won't solve the problem, but action can!

It is much more stimulating and influential to set a good example, to set a good example, and to be the first to set an example than any verbal education and rebuke.

This requires me to sort out the facts, look for gaps, and replace complaints with positive actions when faced with various problems.

In addition, I will also take the initiative to choose to be with people who have righteousness, righteousness is a person's upward motivation, is the source of water, is the root of the tree, with this motivation, I will not complain, so I am not afraid of failure.
