I still have the impression of making Qimasu at home: the sweet potato powder is steamed, cooled, shaved into shreds and dried, then fried in an oil pan, and drained from the oil. Now that I live in the city, I won't bother to make Qimasu at home during the Chinese New Year, I buy it directly outside, which is a lot simpler and more convenient, but it lacks some sense of expectation and fun.
