Ludang Tinder" tells the story of in the autumn of 1939, when the New Fourth Army moved to Jiangnan, a certain unit was ordered to transfer and handed over the task of covering 18 wounded and sick to Aqing, an underground traffic officer who was publicly identified as the proprietress of the Chunlai Teahouse. The local people, represented by her and Grandma Sha, hid the wounded and sick in the reeds in Yangcheng Lake. The Japanese invaders could not find it for a long time, so they handed over the search and arrest task to Hu Chuankui, the commander of the "Loyal and Righteous Rescue", and Diao Deyi, the instructor who had secretly surrendered to the enemy at that time. Diao Deyi is a Japanese pseudo-spy, and he suspects that the wounded and sick are hidden by Ah Qing's sister-in-law. Ah Qing's sister-in-law skillfully coped, so that Diao Deyi's plan failed to succeed. Diao De immediately ordered the port to be blocked, in a vain attempt to trap the wounded and sick. Chen Tianmin, the head of the county party committee, pretended to be Lang Zhong and came to the teahouse to convey the instructions of the county party committee, hinting in the prescription that Ah Qing's sister-in-law tried to transfer the wounded and sick to Hongshi Village. The sick and wounded regain their health in Redstone Village and return to the battlefield. At this time, Hu Chuankui openly defected to the enemy and married the sister of the Japanese translator.
