In the festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival, the police officers of the Zhoucun Brigade of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Zibo Public Security Bureau did not relax their vigilance. They not only strengthened patrol control during the festival, but also paid special attention to the investigation and punishment of drunk driving violations. During this period, they investigated and dealt with a total of 37 drunk driving cases, including 19 drunk driving cases and 18 suspected drunk driving cases. 
At about 3:30 p.m. on February 16, the police of the Second Squadron of the Zhoucun Traffic Police Brigade were patrolling on the north side of the Jiashang Road overpass when they suddenly noticed a car traveling from south to north suddenly turned around after seeing the police car. This unusual move aroused the suspicion of the police, who saw the car turn around and pull over, and the driver swaggered out of the car. In the face of the police inspection, the driver, Jia Mou, began to lie that he had been sitting in the car just now and had not been driving, and refused to accept the breath alcohol test. However, what he did was recorded by the dashcam of the police car. In front of the evidence, Jia no longer quibbled, and finally admitted the fact that he was drunk driving. After a breath alcohol test, the test result showed that the value was 46 mg 100 ml, which belongs to driving a motor vehicle after drinking. When the police further checked Jia's information, they found that this was Jia's second drunk driving. His first drunk driving was in 2021, and he was also seized by the Zhoucun traffic police. According to the relevant laws, drivers who drive a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol again will face a fine of 1,000 yuan, revocation of the motor vehicle driving license and no re-application for two years.
