Ratchanok Intanon (born 5 February 1995 in Royth, Thailand) is a Thai professional badminton player who plays for the Thai national team. As a talented girl in Thai badminton, it can be said that she made her debut and peak. At the age of 14, he won the World Youth Championship and became the youngest world champion. And she has already won the World Junior Championships twice.

But it was the 2013 Badminton World Championships in Guangzhou that really made him known to the world, and in 2013, Intanon started his first World Championships journey. After a bye in the first round, after successively fighting Gu Juan of Hong Kong, China, Ye Meiyan of Chinese Taipei, Marin of Spain and Indian dark horse Sindhu who eliminated Wang Shixian and Wang Yihan, Ratchanok Intanon broke into the final of the World Championships. Standing across the net from her is Olympic women's singles champion Li Xuerui. In the end, he defeated the Chinese women's single sister Li Xuerui in three games and became the first women's badminton world champion in Thai history.

The 18-year-old Thai girl Ratchano defeated China's top seed Li Xuerui 2-1 to win Thailand's first badminton world championships, which also ended China's eighth consecutive women's singles championship at the World Championships. The world has been impressed by this 18-year-old player, believing that she will be the dominant player in women's badminton in the future.

However, after the World Championships in Guangzhou, although Ratchanok Intanon has been ranked at the top of the world rankings, he has never been able to win the gold again at the World Championships and the Olympic Games.
