February** Dynamic Incentive Program
After accepting the notarization application, the notary public usually issues the notarial certificate in accordance with certain procedures and time requirements. According to the relevant provisions of the Notary Law of the People's Republic of China, if the notary public considers that the supporting materials provided in the application are true, legal and sufficient, and the matters applied for notarization are true and legal, it shall issue a notarial certificate to the parties within 15 working days from the date of acceptance of the notarization application.
However, it is important to note that there are some special circumstances that may cause the notary public to be unable to issue the notarial deed within the time specified above. For example, in the event of force majeure, or the need to supplement supporting materials, or the need to verify the relevant circumstances, the time required in these circumstances will not be counted in the above fifteen working days. These include:
1. The notary public is unable to issue the notarial certificate on time due to force majeure;
2. The parties need to supplement the supporting materials, and the notary public will not take them into account during the waiting period for the supplementary materials;
3 The notary public needs to verify the relevant information to ensure the authenticity and legitimacy of the notarization matter, and this verification process will not be counted within the specified time.
In practice, the specific time of issuance may also be affected by the workload of the notary public, the degree of cooperation of the applicant, and other administrative procedures. Therefore, it is recommended that the parties should communicate with the notary public in a timely manner when applying for notarization, understand the specific time arrangement, and provide complete, true and legal supporting materials as much as possible, so that the notary public can complete the notarization work efficiently.
