This week I made a list of my New Year's resolutions, and the list that came to mind at that time would be best achievable.
Thinking that my main goals are reading and writing, exercise is on the back burner, New Year's resolution, physical health must come first, how can you do without exercise?
According to the knowledge of the book Micro Habits, small habits also have great energy, and they will be used after reading the book, so start with a little change.
Moreover, now that I have joined the "Early Meditation Reading and Writing Run" community, I see that everyone is full of energy every day, and many partners get up early to complete these five things, I believe that I can too, and I can only grow quickly by insisting on doing difficult and correct things. Set your alarm, put on your running shoes, and head downstairs to get started. Don't exercise too much, just a little bit every day, step by step, give yourself a healthy physique, and not bloated posture.
Now that I have been exercising for a week, my biggest feeling is that the morning of winter in the north is not as cold as I imagined. And the comfort of the body after exercise is difficult to oversay. This week, the current exercise check-in is six days, four sprints, and two rope skips. Especially after exercising this morning, I feel refreshed, the whole person is more energetic, and the mood is much better, which may be the effect of endorphins.
In view of this week's exercise experience, I set my exercise plan to run 3km every day during the week and jump rope 800 times on the weekend.
A good start is half the battle, and you enjoy sports, don't you? Yes, I love sports!
