The six major projects that have been completed this time are: Hunan Hangqi Secondary Vocational and Technical School, with a total investment of 4700 million yuan, plans to open 10 majors, with an enrollment scale of 4,500 people; Hongteng Aluminum has an annual output of 150,000 tons of recycled aluminum comprehensive utilization deep processing and technical transformation construction project, with a total investment of 11.8 billion yuan, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of recycled aluminum rods and 50,000 tons of aluminum profiles, is expected to increase the annual operating income of 1 billion yuan, and the annual profit and tax is 80 million yuan; Hongyuan Metal's 50,000 tons of aluminum ash slag harmless resource comprehensive utilization project, with a total investment of 56 million yuan, an annual processing of 50,000 tons of aluminum ash, is expected to increase annual operating income of 100 million yuan, and annual profits and taxes of 5 million yuan; Lianshui Xinshao County Pingshang Town River Section Treatment Project, with a total investment of 98.26 million yuan, the total length of river treatment is 86 kilometers, 2,683 acres of farmland and 4,923 people. The two completed projects are: Tangkou Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant and Supporting Pipe Network Construction Project, with a total investment of 24.4 billion yuan, started in early 2021, completed by the end of 2023, and put into trial operation in January 2024, with a daily sewage treatment of 60,000 tons, of which the first phase has a daily sewage treatment of 20,000 tons; Located in Yantang Town, Hunan Xiangrun Natural Drinking Water Construction Project, with a total investment of 100 million yuan, started in early 2022, completed by the end of 2023, and put into operation in January 2024, has the most advanced full set of mountain spring water production equipment and production lines in China, with an annual output of 2 million pieces of natural drinking water and an annual operating income of 30 million yuan. The six projects show the outstanding characteristics of "large investment scale, wide range of fields, and strong leadership".
