Day 1: Baku.
Morning: Arrive at Baku International Airport and take a taxi to the hotel for check-in. You can take a break at the hotel and get used to the jet lag.
Noon: Enjoy traditional Azerbaijani cuisine such as barbecue, pilaf, and vegetable salad at a restaurant in Baku's Old Town.
Afternoon: Head to Istanbul Square, the historic center of Baku, to admire the ancient buildings and streetscapes. You can visit the Maiden's Tower, a medieval fortress that is now a museum.
Evening: Take a walk along the seaside promenade of Baku and enjoy the night view of the city. You can enjoy the nightlife at the nearby bars or cafes.
Day 2: Baku.
Morning: Visit the Baku Flame Tower, one of the landmarks of Azerbaijan. You can take the elevator to the observation deck for a great view of the entire city.
Noon: Taste local delicacies such as grilled fish and grilled vegetables at a restaurant near the Flame Tower.
Afternoon: Head to the Museum of Modern Art in Baku to see works by Azerbaijani and international artists. You can take a guided tour and learn more about the history and development of Azerbaijani art.
Evening: Wander around Baku's shopping malls and shop for local handicrafts and souvenirs.
Day 3: Baku - Sheki.
Morning: Travel by train or bus to Sheki, a historical town located in northern Azerbaijan. Upon arrival, check into a local hotel.
Noon: Taste traditional Azerbaijani cuisine such as barbecue, vegetable soup, and bread at a restaurant in Sheki.
Afternoon: Visit the historical buildings of Sheki, such as the Khan's Palace, Sheki Khan's Mausoleum, and Sheki Castle. You can learn about the historical and cultural background of these buildings on a guided tour.
Evening: Take a walk in the square of Sheki and enjoy the night view. You can taste local delicacies such as roast lamb and toast at nearby restaurants.
