1. Preparation of basic steel pipes: The steel plates are made into basic steel pipes through cutting, crimping, welding and other processes. The steel pipe needs to ensure a smooth appearance, consistent inner and outer diameters, and no cracks in the welded parts.
2. Surface treatment: derust and grease cleaning are carried out on the surface of the basic steel pipe to ensure that the subsequent coating and insulation layer are firmly adhered to.
3. Coating treatment: spray the basic steel pipe and coat it with a layer of anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion paint. This ensures that the pipes are not affected by corrosion during use.
4. Polyurethane foaming: The treated basic steel pipe is sent to the polyurethane foaming machine for foaming. Under the action of the foaming machine, the mixed polyurethane raw material foams and expands and fills the inside of the base steel pipe to form an insulation layer.
5. Insulation layer reinforcement: In order to prevent the pipeline from being damaged by external impact during long-term use, the polyurethane insulation layer needs to be reinforced. Use materials such as steel tape or tape to laner the polyurethane insulation.
1. Corrosion resistance: The polyurethane steel pipe lined with polyurethane has good corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of a variety of chemicals, especially in acidic, alkaline, salt and other environments. In contrast, ordinary steel pipes are less corrosion-resistant and are prone to rust and chemical corrosion.
2. Abrasion resistance: The polyurethane steel pipe lined with polyurethane has wear resistance and can withstand high-strength friction and wear. This makes it advantageous in the transportation of solid granular materials such as coal, ore, sand, etc. Ordinary steel pipes have poor wear resistance and are susceptible to abrasion.
3. Low temperature resistance: The lined polyurethane steel pipe has good low temperature resistance and can work stably at lower temperatures. This makes it have better application effect in some low-temperature environments, such as freezing equipment, refrigeration equipment, etc. The low temperature resistance of ordinary steel pipes is relatively poor.
4. Connection: The lined polyurethane steel pipe can be connected in a variety of ways, such as welding, flange connection, socket connection, quick connector connection, etc. Whereas, ordinary steel pipes are usually welded or flanged connections.
5. Cost: The first grade of the lined polyurethane steel pipe is relatively high, but its long-term durability and maintenance cost are low. Ordinary steel pipes** are lower, but require frequent replacement and maintenance, and can be costly in the long run.
6. Application field: Lined polyurethane steel pipe is widely used in electric power, coal, chemical industry, mining, metallurgy and other fields to transport grinding granular materials such as pulverized coal, ash, mineral powder, molten aluminum, mud and corrosive media. Ordinary steel pipes have a relatively narrow range of applications and are usually used for the transportation of general liquids and gases.
