It is easy to practice and meditate only to wash the marrow, and it is easy to lose the muscles and strengthen the muscles when practicing alone. Easy tendons and marrow washing complement each other, each other is their roots, and the two become one, which is natural.
Easy tendons: that is, the foundation of adjustment and recovery, so that the trembling tendons are easy to be relaxed; Weak tendons are easy to become strong; Loose tendons are easy to soften; The flexed tendon is easy to elongate; Disordered tendons are easy to become strong. Make the limbs harmonious and sharp, rigid and soft, light and healthy.
The Yijin Jing system roughly includes: 12 body diagrams, inner strong Shen Yong diagrams, outer strong divine power eight duanjin, lower exercises, methods of refining hands, fingers, arms, shoulders, legs, feet, etc. Among them, 12 body diagrams, namely the front of the body, the side, the lower limbs, the upper limbs, the turn, the leaning, the lodging, the back, the walking, the sitting, the lying position, the meditation position, etc., are the basis of the easy tendons. It contains 12 positions, with a total of 234 potentials.
The characteristics of the 12 body diagrams are that they are naturally fit with bare hands. It aims to cultivate the meridians and movement chains around the body, namely the 12 meridians, the eight meridians of the odd meridians, the bone chain, the muscle chain and the nerve chain. There are a total of 8 movements in the lateral position, focusing on strengthening the lumbar spine, spine, and spine; Improve core flexibility and stability; Stretch the core of the body, i.e. neck, shoulders, torso, legs, thighs, lateral calf muscles, tendons.

This potential is the mother potential of Baduanjin "both hands supporting Tianli Sanjiao".

1. Keep moving, restore to the pestle potential, and adjust the breathing;
