4.Lack of social skills.

This can cause them to appear awkward or out of place at social events.
5.Weak ability to resolve conflicts.
In the face of conflict and disagreement, people with high emotional intelligence are able to adopt effective strategies to solve problems, while people with low emotional intelligence may exacerbate conflicts due to a lack of flexibility and mediation skills.
6.Self-centered.
People with low emotional intelligence may focus too much on their own feelings and needs and ignore the interests of others. This self-centered attitude can damage relationships, causing others to feel neglected or disrespected.
7.Lack of self-reflection.
People with high emotional intelligence regularly reflect on their actions and emotions in order to continuously learn and grow. Conversely, people with low emotional intelligence may have little self-reflection and are reluctant to accept criticism or advice, thus missing out on opportunities to improve themselves.

By attending relevant training courses, reading relevant books, or consciously practicing social skills and emotional management in your daily life, you can gradually improve your emotional intelligence and become a more mellow and sociable person.
