On February 24, 2024, the 99 public welfare project of escorting the growth of the "phase" future - welcoming the New Year Dragon Horse Spirit" Lantern Festival bamboo weaving and painting experience activity came to a successful conclusion. On the same day, on the occasion of the Lantern Festival, sponsored by the Women's Federation of Taiping Street, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City, and undertaken by the Wu Fan Art Cultural Communication Center of Suzhou Industrial Park, the "Escort Growth" Future 99 Public Welfare Project 'Welcoming the New Year Dragon Horse Spirit' Lantern Festival Bamboo Weaving and Painting Experience Activity" was held as scheduled in the Scholarly Courtyard of Taiping Old Street. The purpose of this activity is to combine traditional festival culture with modern art education, and let teenagers spend a creative and cultural Lantern Festival through the unique form of bamboo weaving and painting. 
At the event site, a strong festive atmosphere was permeated in the scholarly courtyard. Under the leadership of professional instructors, teenagers from Taiping Street have made bamboo weaving paintings to celebrate the arrival of the Lantern Festival. Using their dexterous hands, the children weave bamboo into a variety of exquisite patterns, and draw patterns full of festive atmosphere on the screen, such as dragon totems, blessing characters, etc., which symbolize reunion and happiness. As a traditional handicraft, bamboo weaving and painting are deeply loved by everyone for its unique charm and cultural connotation. This activity not only allowed the children to feel the charm of traditional culture, but also stimulated their creativity and imagination. In the process of hands-on production, the children not only learned the skills of bamboo weaving and painting, but also deeply experienced the profound heritage of traditional culture.
