The China Consumers Association launched the 2024 Stimulating Consumption Vitality Consumer Rights

On February 20, the China Consumers Association officially launched the 2024 "Stimulating Consumption Vitality" Consumer Rights Protection Year Theme Survey Activity. The survey began on February 20 and ended on March 1, during which consumers can log on to the official website of the China Consumers Association or follow the official accounts of the China Consumers Association WeChat, Toutiao and other platforms to find the survey link to participate in answering questions, and the relevant survey results will be released to the public on March 15 this year.

On January 23, the China Consumers Association determined that the theme of the 2024 National Consumers Association Consumer Rights Protection Year is "Stimulating Consumption Vitality", aiming to coordinate and unite the consensus of all parties, promote the coordinated and co-governance of consumer rights and interests, continue to optimize the consumption environment, boost consumer confidence, let consumers dare to consume, are willing to consume, and enjoy high-quality consumption, and promote consumption from post-epidemic recovery to continuous expansion.

Focusing on the core work ideas of the theme of the 2024 Year of Consumer Rights Protection, in order to further focus on the blockages, difficulties and pain points in the social co-governance of consumer rights protection, understand consumers' purchase decisions, behavioral habits and consumption mentality, and reflect consumers' perceptions and opinions on the current consumption environment, consumer rights protection and consumer confidence, the China Consumers Association took the opportunity to launch this online questionnaire survey on consumer environment and consumer confidence.
