Introduction to the MBTI test

Mondo Psychological Updated on 2024-02-02

I don't know if everyone is looking for an understanding of themselves. Since I was a child, I have enjoyed doing all kinds of tests, including various intelligence and emotional intelligence tests. What I like the most is to look at your various types of analyses and sit back after the test.

I've done the MBTI test since high school, and I did this test because it is said that you can find the best job for you. After the test, the system gave me a list of jobs that would suit me, among which the best job for me was a journalist. But I never wanted to be a journalist because I thought it was far away from me, so I didn't care about the test results.

Until recently, I used to see it mbti in various places, see all kinds of memes, all kinds of emojis. I thought it was funny, so I tried to recall my test results again. And found the corresponding topic based on my test results. In the beginning, I was really funny about each meme, looking at people with the same personality and saying it was true.

It wasn't until I saw a paragraph about the internet on the Internet until I saw a description of the ENTP online: "But in essence, I saw that the ENTP has a high eye and is a low hand, often relying on their own cleverness to find shortcuts in anything. is very confident in narcissism, ENTP is indeed a genius player, but the probability of hurting Zhongyong is too high to happen in ENTP. Such a passage touched my heart. I've always been a person who doesn't work hard because I'm a bit smart. However, as I walked, I found that people who felt that they were average, solid, and down-to-earth had walked in front of me. I began to reflect on myself. If I hadn't had these smarts, would I have gone far.

Various personality tests, horoscopes, etc., allow people of the same personality type to come together and talk about how well their personalities and the test match, marveling at the accuracy of the test. Many people say that if there are no limits to life, there are no various framework restrictions, and personality tests are also a limitation. When we know our personality, we often show some problems, and it is always natural to attribute this problem to the personality, we tell ourselves, "xx personality is like this", "xx zodiac sign is like this". So I'm wondering if the so-called personality test, on the premise of allowing us to understand ourselves better, provides an opportunity to warn ourselves of our shortcomings, let us know that this is indeed our shortcomings, and when the outside wakes us up, we can be more motivated to correct our shortcomings and become a better person.

Looking forward to your sharing.
