Shunyi District digs deep into the dragon and lion dance culture of Beiwu Town, develops the dragon and lion dance movement, and holds this event on the occasion of the Lantern Festival, in the form of "dragon dance competition + intangible cultural heritage + market", so that citizens can deeply feel the charm of traditional culture.

On the day of the event, 16 participating teams will appear in turn to present a well-choreographed dragon dance performance with different characteristics. At the opening ceremony, there will also be a wonderful dragon and lion performance "Dragon and Lion Leaping Lantern Festival". Dragon and lion sports are the traditional cultural treasures of the Chinese nation, with a history of more than 2,000 years. Beiwu Town inherits this gorgeous and colorful folk art, and continues to innovate to give it a steady stream of vitality.

Traditional folk art booths and entertainment carnival booths will be set up in the civic interaction area.
