On February 23, 2024, under the guidance of Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau, Tianjin Municipal Radio and Television Bureau, and Hebei Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Radio and Television New Collaboration was officially established in Beijing. Han Geng, Deputy Secretary-General of Beijing Municipal People's Government, Wang Jiequn, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of Beijing Radio and Television Bureau, Liang Yousheng, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Hebei Radio and Television Bureau, Li Xiulei, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Beijing Radio and Television Station, Hou Jinmiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Editor-in-Chief of Tianjin Jinyunxin Group, and Bian Yufeng, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hebei Radio and Television Station, attended the establishment ceremony of the collaboration.

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Radio and Television New Collaboration is an important measure for the radio and television departments of the three places to implement the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television on promoting the construction and deployment of new radio and television, and to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei radio and television, and the aggregation and integration of new radio and television, so as to form a joint force for development. The first batch of 16 member units were determined, including 7 in Beijing, 2 in Tianjin, and 7 in Hebei, covering 3 provincial-level prefecture-level cities, districts and county-level enterprises, with strong demonstrativeness, good growth, and significant location advantages.

After the formal establishment, the collaboration will, under the guidance of the radio and television departments of the three places, start to build a new propaganda matrix of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei radio and television from four aspects.

The first is to simultaneously open the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Special Zone" on the official new ** platform of the three places, with unified visual packaging and differentiated content layout, so as to jointly promote the deep integration of radio and television audio-visual and culture, tourism, science and technology, education and other fields in the three places.

The second is to rely on the "Beijing Cloud" to build the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei shared manuscript pool library to meet the upload, sharing and exchange of financial content, realize the content system docking between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, realize the sharing and circulation of high-quality content internally, and improve the overall communication efficiency externally.

The third is to deeply connect the resources of the three places, promote the joint construction and sharing of public services in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the publicity and linkage of major themes, the coordination of industrial development, and the exchange of talent training, so as to enhance the new operation capacity of regional radio and television.

The fourth is to carry out periodic joint reporting activities and collaborative reporting and promotion, focus on major themes or the needs of member units of the collaboration, organize collaborative publicity and promotion or carry out financial activities such as demand collection, love gathering, and policy support, so as to continuously expand the mainstream publicity position and effectively improve the people's audio-visual happiness in the three places.
