7. Sample inspection.

9. Factory audit.
If the factory inspection conclusion is A-level, the inspection is qualified.
If the factory inspection conclusion is B or C, the applicant shall rectify the non-conformities, and the rectification work shall be completed within 60 days, and the rectification report shall be submitted to the inspection team leader.
If the factory inspection conclusion is unqualified in grade D, the applicant must complete the rectification as required within 60 days and submit the rectification report to the inspection team leader.
