On January 14, 2024, the Garden Museum invited Fu Yanrong, deputy secretary-general and senior engineer of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, to carry out a garden lecture on urban biodiversity governance and biological and cultural diversity, and jointly develop relevant knowledge of biodiversity.

Yanrong Fu, Ph.D., is a senior engineer. He is currently the director and deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, the vice chairman of the Youth Working Committee, the member of the Standardization Technical Committee, the vice chairman of the Cultural Landscape Professional Committee of the China Council of Historic Sites and Sites, and the doctoral supervisor of Henan Agricultural University. He is also a member of the expert group for the preparation of China's Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan 2023-2035, a member of the Landscape Architecture Terminology Examination and Approval Committee of the National Terminology Committee, an expert in the evaluation of professional titles of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, an examiner for the evaluation of engineering ability of the Chinese Consortium of Engineers, an editorial board member of Guangdong Garden magazine, and an expert in administrative decision-making consultation for the construction of park cities in Chengdu. Participated in the compilation of many standards such as "Construction of Urban Waterfront Green Space", "Guidelines for Park System Planning", "Guidelines for Urban Biodiversity Survey", "Classification Standards for Garden Cultural Relics Collections" and so on.
