First of all, the selection of high-quality hot-rolled round steel raw materials requires steel mills to have the equipment and experience to produce round steel from billet to meet our high requirements for compression ratio.
Secondly, the hot-rolled round steel is further straightened and processed.
Then, the hot-rolled round steel is subjected to a series of heat treatment processes such as cutting, heating the temperature to an appropriate state in the intermediate frequency electric furnace, quenching, tempering, and heat preservation to eliminate internal stress and improve the microstructure, so as to become a steel bar with high hardness and high strength.
Finally, the steel rod is polished at the end to make it free of obvious edges and corners and accurate in size to meet the needs of various uses.
