In 2023, under the correct leadership of the county party committee and the county, the county's investment promotion cadres will work together with one heart and one mind, adhere to the development strategy of "project is king, industry is strong county", carry out more than 100 batches of various investment promotion activities throughout the year, participate in 28 large-scale well-known domestic exhibitions, dock with 21 national and local associations, visit more than 550 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises such as Shanghaojia and Dongpeng Special Drink, and invite more than 450 merchants such as Nichirei Group, Haoxiangyou Beverage and China Investment Association to visit and inspect; organized more than 10 special investment promotion activities and carried out 8 county promotions; A total of 35 projects such as copper-based new materials and Heertai have been reported and signed, with a total investment of 335200 million yuan, 18 "six-job investment" projects, all of which have been started, 17 have been put into operation, and the opening up work ranks first in the city. In the new year, the Investment Promotion Center will continue to carry forward the fine style of "striving for the first, creating every excellence, and carrying the flag", and then set off a new upsurge of investment promotion.
1) Gaoshu targets precise investment.
Focusing on the three leading industries of our county and 12 subdivided industrial chains, we will accelerate the construction of new advantages in industrial agglomeration. During the year, more than 40 projects with a total investment of 30 billion yuan were introduced, including 20 leisure food projects, 9 intelligent manufacturing projects, 7 modern home furnishing projects, and 4 new material projects, ensuring that the project performance rate, fund availability rate, and project start-up rate were leading in the city.
2) Improve the system to innovate and attract investment.
Improve the assessment methods for investment promotion, adhere to the "one vote of affirmation, one vote of negation" unswervingly, strict rewards and punishments, real and excellent, conduct pressure, and form a strong investment atmosphere; Continue to deepen the working mechanisms of "six positions + all employees", weekly scheduling, monthly ranking, quarterly evaluation, etc., and change the concept of investment promotion; Explore and implement new models such as platform investment, first-class investment, business association cooperation investment, park investment, and cadre temporary investment, and innovate investment promotion methods and methods.
3) Emancipate the mind and attract investment.
Adhere to no plan and no investment, insist on grasping the big and not letting go of the small, adhere to the "one-half work method", and understand the "six backgrounds" when going out to dock projects; When you go out to visit, you should bring "six materials"; Negotiate projects to prepare "six libraries"; The evaluation project should calculate the "six accounts" and put forward specific suggestions for preferential policies to effectively improve the success rate of attracting investment.
